A Journey of Discovery

My relationship with yoga began during a particularly stressful time in corporate finance. What started as a way to manage anxiety quickly became a profound journey of self-discovery and healing.

After experiencing the transformative power of consistent practice, I left my corporate career in 2012 to pursue yoga teacher training in India. There, I learned that yoga is so much more than physical poses – it's a complete system for living with awareness, compassion, and presence.

Since returning to San Francisco, I've dedicated my life to sharing these teachings in a way that feels accessible and relevant to modern practitioners. My approach emphasizes self-compassion over self-criticism, progress over perfection.
